Naomi is passionate about helping individuals and groups thrive. Naomi is an expert in employee assessment, both for selection and development purposes. She is an accredited user of a large number of psychometric tools and assessment methodologies, and has a very good understanding of which tools are most suitable for different purposes. She works closely with HR leaders and hiring managers to properly select, administer, interpret and report back on assessments based on the organisation’s desired outcomes and best practice principles. She also places a very high priority on ensuring proper candidate care throughout the entire process.
Naomi is an engaging presenter and facilitator with a deep passion for leadership development. She has run countless leadership development programs and training workshops across the country, and creates interesting content that resonates with her audiences and makes a real difference back in the workplace.
Naomi holds a Masters degree in Organisational Psychology from the University of Melbourne and has undertaken additional training in coaching psychology, positive psychology, emotional intelligence, cognitive behaviour therapy and acceptance commitment therapy. She is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and holds full membership of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
In 2014 she founded New Paths Consulting and started on the journey of cultivating a specialised consultancy where she is able to do great work with clients she loves.
